Here’s a fun (and life-changing) fact: I lost 40 pounds after menopause—so believe me when I say, it’s never too late to feel strong, confident, and like yourself again. Midlife isn’t a downward slide... it can actually be the beginning of something amazing. 💪✨

I don’t do crazy long workouts—20 to 40 minutes is my sweet spot.

And I definitely don’t eat like a bird. I enjoy real, satisfying food that fuels me and actually tastes great. Because life’s too short to live hungry and exhausted, right?
